Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. Some of the forms are full forms, and others, including the form shown on this page, are sectional. With sectional forms, the lamp is completed in sections (3-6 sections) and then assembled into a complete lamp. (some craftspeople prefer to buy enough sectional forms to make a complete lamp all at once.) The forms and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces. W10-1 Wisteria T Pattern This is lamp is a reproduction of an original Wisteria Tiffany lamp as pictured in Dr. Neustadt's book; "The Lamps of Tiffany". This lamp is 10" in diameter, 9" high, and has three repeats. It has the same size and repeats as the original. Included with the pattern are BF3 cast brass branches and check-ring. W10-2 Cherry Tree T Pattern This is lamp is also a reproduction of an original Tiffany lamp. This lamp is 10" in diameter, 9" high, and has three repeats.
