Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. The form used for the lamps on this page is a sectional form. The form is called "Wisteria Shaped," because it was originally used to make the famous Wisteria lamp shown below. The form and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces. W18-1 Wisteria T This lamp is a composite reproduction of original Wisteria Tiffany lamps as pictured in Dr. Neustadt's book; "The Lamps of Tiffany", pages 215 to 220. This lamp is 18" in diameter, 15 1/2" high, has five repeats, the same overall dimensions and pattern repeats as the originals. 18 inches in diameter, this pattern requires the W18 Form shown at the top of this page.
