Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. The form used for the lamps on this page is a full form, and others on other pages are sectional. The form and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces.
