Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. Some of the forms including the top one on this page,are full forms, and others are sectional. With sectional forms, the lamp is completed in sections (3-6 sections) and then assembled into a complete lamp. (some craftspeople prefer to buy enough sectional forms to make a complete lamp all at once.) The forms and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces. Worden 13 inch Globe Sectional Form and Patterns

The lamp patterns below are made with the 1/3 sectional form. Each section is assembled separately and then the three sections are put together to complete the lamp. Some things we like about the sectional form method are: 1. The incomplete lamp is easier to store. 2.Soldering the sections separately is easier than soldering a lamp on a full form. 3.The sectional forms are more economical. One thing that we don't like about the sectional form method is that it's difficult (but not impossible) to know how well the sections are going to fit together until the end when you are putting them together With a full form, you can see how everything is fitting together as you go.

G13 1/3 Sectional Form The G13 Sectional Form is used to make the 13 inch diameter lamps shown below. Three sections are completed on the form and then assembled into the full lamp. This form normally ships in 1-2 weeks. Item # G13-P Price 27.95
