Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. The form used for the lamps on this page is a sectional form. The form is called "Lotus Shaped," because it was originally used to make the well known Lotus lamp designs shown below. The form and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces. L18-1 Flowering Lotus T This lamp is a composite reproduction of an original 18" Flowering Lotus Tiffany lamp shade as pictured in Dr. Neustadt's book; "The Lamps of Tiffany." This lamp is 18" in diameter, 14" high, and has four repeats. This pattern requires the L18 Form shown at the top of this page. This pattern is in stock and usually ships the next business day.
