Question 1. How soon will my order be shipped?
Answer: Your order for stained glass supplies will normally be shipped within two business days of receipt of your order. If we are unable to meet these timelines, we will contact you.
Question 2. How can I be sure that the stained glass supplies I am ordering are in stock?
Answer: All stained glass supplies that are shown on our web site are in stock. When we run out of something we remove it from our web site until it is back in stock. If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Question 3. How are shipping charges calculated?
Answer: Shipping charges are only $5.95 in the continental US. All others please email us (hubel@harmonyglass.com) for shipping and handling charges.
Question 4. Can I special order stained glass supplies that I don't see listed on your website?
Answer: Yes. Email your needs. If we can get what you want, we'll let you know a price and the timeline.

Question 6. What is your return policy?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable.
Question 7. I can't find your phone number anywhere!
Answer: This is currently a part-time business that Ken runs from home in the evening when he gets home from his day job. So, he prefers to not do business over the phone. Ken is very conciencious about answering emails, so if you have questions, feel free to write to him at hubel@harmonyglass.com.
