Worden stained glass lamp designs are built on reusable styrofoam forms. Some of the forms are full forms, and others are sectional. With sectional forms, the lamp is completed in sections (3-6 sections) and then assembled into a complete lamp. (some craftspeople prefer to buy enough sectional forms to make a complete lamp all at once.) The forms and the patterns are purchased separately. Included with the patterns are the MagicStrip sheet (for covering the form with the design), instructions, a color key with glass descriptions as well as the pattern used for cutting the glass pieces. A very thorough 28 page instruction manual can be downloaded here (It takes a while).
